North Atlantic Snow works with traditional payroll employees as well as subcontractors who bring equipment and experienced operators and personnel to the team. We are proud of the great relationships we’ve forged over the years and find mutual benefit in these arrangements.
What We Offer:
- We will do our best to keep you close to your home base.
- Pay by invoice and tax reporting via 1099
- We could bring you a coffee from Dunks every now and then
Requirements:
- Commercial Auto Insurance & W-9 is required
- Standard DOT drug and alcohol compliance
- Subcontractors working with NAS are required to use smartphone app(s) to verify service at our customers’ properties.
- NAS reserves the right to have you install GPS equipment for insurance liability purposes.
It Would Be Nice If:
- We prefer subs who work exclusively with us for the winter.
- Sidewalk shoveling crews are welcome and encouraged!
