End of season bonus based on job performance.
Work with a crew to keep sidewalks, stairs and walkways safe for customers and residents using snowblowers, shovels, and various ride-on sidewalk machines. Some team members will ride with a plow truck driver and service those properties while others will stay at one site for the entire storm. If you are a student, parent or have a second job, we can work with your schedule. We have a program to provide work wear if you do not have your own. $100 bonus for every 30 day period of perfect attendance.
Manage snow removal services with a front end loader, skid steer or backhoe at one of our large commercial accounts. Experience operating heavy equipment is required. Snow-related equipment experience is a plus, but we will train operators who lack it. We have late model, well-maintained equipment.
Be a part of our management team coordinating shovel crews, plow trucks and loaders in a specific geographic area. This position requires excellent communication skills, knowledge of the snow management industry, trucks and equipment as well as extra dedication to completing the work during and after each storm.
